Leyland Capital Limited has advised the shareholders of Project Evergreen, by preparing an Indicative Valuation Report for the company, to assist the management team in their strategy moving forward.
The shareholders appointed Leyland Capital to understand the current value of the company, to assist them with internal and external conversations around the potential future and direction of the business. As this piece of work was in relation to a potential shareholder transaction or re-organisation, the detail of the company and the report remain undisclosed.
