Project Boston - Indicative Valuation Report & MBO

Leyland Capital Limited has advised the shareholders of Project Boston, by preparing an Indicative Valuation Report for the company, to assist the shareholders in their Management Buyout (MBO).

The shareholders appointed Leyland Capital to understand the current value of the company, to assist them with internal and external conversations around the potential future and direction of the business. As this piece of work was in relation to a potential shareholder transaction or re-organisation, the detail of the company and the report remain undisclosed.

Project Boston is a company involved in the demolition of large scale infrastructure and construction projects across the UK.
