Leyland Capital Limited has advised the shareholders of Project Calgary, by preparing an Indicative Valuation Report for the company, to assist the shareholders in their internal share reorganisation for the family business.
The shareholders appointed Leyland Capital to understand the current value of the company, to assist them with internal conversations around the potential future and direction of the business. As this piece of work was in relation to a potential shareholder transaction or re-organisation, the details of the company and the report remain undisclosed.
Project Calgary is a company involved in the retail of domestic and commercial vehicles in the UK.
